The fashioning of beads dates back as far as 25,000 B.C.  Our necklaces feature rare ancient beads from the Roman Empire, The Indus Valley cultures, Egypt, the Pre-Columbian Americas, medieval Europe, India, and Southeast Asia, as well as more contemporary ethnic and tribal beads. The romance and fascination with ancient beads is due, in part, to the fact that each bead has a tale to tell.  Ancient beads were used for trade, as status symbols, talismans, and religious articles. Beads travelled all the trade routes of the world. Historically, beads and necklaces were worn by men and women, young and old, rich and poor.  Likewise, our necklaces may be worn and enjoyed by all. 

It is our hope that  these necklaces, which join  a contemporary  sensibility with  old  and ancient  beads  from the many cultures of the world, will help us all  to recognize  the communality  of the  human appreciation for beauty, meaning , and enduring value. It is our intention that  they offer timeless,  unique  adornment  to the wearer.
