Very large and impressive Neolithic Jasper bead from the Sub-Saharan regions. 3000-4000 years old. This amazing bead has some of the most amazing stringing hole wear that I have ever seen. It was worn for thousands of years. It does have some surface wear, but it is a very beautiful bead, with wonderful color and patina. Very solid in condition.

Very rare, and beautifully colored and patterned, jasper or serpentine bead, from Central Asia. 2000+ years old. This bead has blue and green tones, patterned beautifully with lighter colors. The stringing hole wear on this beads suggests thousands of years of wear, yet the bead is in excellent condition.

AS 116 Large Serpentine or Nephrite Tubular Bead with Two Carved Eyes
Rare, large double eyed bead from Afghanistan. 2000+ y/o. This bead would need to be examined by a gemologist, to determine whether it is a variety of serpentine or whether it is nephrite. The bead has been decorated with the carving of two eyes or dots on one face of the bead. This is a feature that I have seen one other time on a similar bead. It has very impressive, smooth, stringing hole wear. The bead has a subtle chip near one stringing hole end, otherwise it is in excellent condition.

15 Inch strand of very fine quality ancient Bactrian and Roman Era carnelian beads, spaced with Bactrian Era turquiose. The strand includes two rare tubular carnelian beads. The centerpiece is a rare Surmerian tabular agate.

CN101 Ancient Patina Carnelian Necklace
These extremely rare ancient carnelian beads have acquired a beautiful milky patina that leaves them a lovely soft salmon color. These beads are from the Harappan Culture(Ancient Mesopotamia and Indus Valley Cultures). They are possibly 4000 years old. The necklace is double-stranded and strung with contemporary 18K gold beads. The largest bead measure 15mm x 12mm. The length of the necklace is 19 1/2 inches, end to end. The largest stone is 15mm x 11mm.
