We know it is sometimes difficult to purchase jewelry on the web. So we offer a two-week unconditional return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 10 days of the day of purchase that you would like to return the necklace and ship it back to us insured within 14 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. You will be responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. If you do notify us and ship the necklace back to us within the time parameters above, then you will receive a full refund less the original shipping costs once we receive the necklace from you and it is in its original condition.
We do our best to insure that our necklaces will not come unstrung. The stringing is guaranteed for one year, and will be repaired free of charge if there is any breakage during that time.
