Superb, and very large Olmecoid jade bead. 400 BC to 200 BC or older. The exceptional quality of sculpting, as well as the size and style of the hole, of this bead and the previous two beads(the brownstone and the greystone), suggest that the are likely from the Olmec Culture, and may well exceed the date of 400 BC, by quite a long time. The bead has a fine jade stone polish. The is another superb bead, in absolutely excellent condition.
